Borelli to coach Hamden Hall
Megan Borelli has been named the head girls' basketball coach at Hamden Hall.
Borelli, 29, replaces Bruce Rich, who served as head coach for 10 seasons. She stepped down as Guilford's head coach last season after three years.
The Indians went 26-38 under Borelli and reached both the Southern Connecticut Conference and Class L state tournaments the last two seasons. She enters a Hamden Hall program that went 22-5 last season and won the New England Prep School Class D title.
"I'm looking forward to it," Borelli said. "They've seemed to have a great tradition in girls' basketball the last few years and I'm looking forward to being a part of it."
